Summary:

Provides advanced-level, confidential support to executives (VP and above), including AC Board of Directors-related job duties. Responsible for schedule management, office management, communication liaison, information preparation, company records management, data analysis, and representing the executives to others. Handles confidential information and communications. Fully understands operations and procedures. May be assigned high-level work assignments including, but not limited to project management of special projects.

Required Education:

High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Recommended Education:

Description

1. Supports executives (VP and above) by scheduling appointments, typing confidential correspondence and coordinating office services.  Develops reports and maintains departmental files, assists in monitoring departmental budgets, and screens visitors and telephone calls. Coordinates between several areas or with other organizations to schedule meetings and/or travel times that are convenient and accurate for all concerned parties.

2. Coordinates and arranges travel schedule and reservations as needed for participation of executives (VP and above) in local, national, and international organizations.

3. Assists with preparation of presentation materials, reports, manuscripts and/or correspondence for internal and external meetings.  Compiles materials, minutes and correspondence for committee meetings of an Arkansas Children's Board of Directors.  Takes minutes when requested.

4. Performs other related duties as assigned.
