Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the leadership team, effectively managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize their time.
  • Oversee all reception tasks, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and addressing general inquiries, while fostering a welcoming environment.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance and service needs with internal and external vendors; monitor the office environment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Facilitate HR administrative tasks, including onboarding new team members and supporting recruitment processes, to enhance team integration and efficiency.
  • Organize and coordinate company meetings, events, and team-building activities, providing logistical support to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving needs.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, HR, or related disciplines preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
