Travel Expectations: Minimal travel; will be determined by business needs and may include occasional trips for key meetings, collaboration opportunities, or area-connected events.

Occasional onsite meetings and offsite events may require standing for extended periods, moving between locations, and lifting or transporting materials weighing up to 25–35 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in executive-level support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with strong attention to detail.
High emotional intelligence and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software (e.g., Outlook, Zoom, Slack), and AI utilization.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands with discretion and confidentiality.
What you’ll do:
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive-level priorities and functions. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing calendars and scheduling meetings for senior leaders, including coordinating complex and dynamic schedules.
Preparing meeting agendas, capturing action items, and ensuring timely follow-up on deliverables.
Drafting correspondence, creating presentations, and handling sensitive communications on behalf of leadership.
Facilitating seamless travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.
Supporting organizational priorities by assisting with special projects, team events, and process improvements.
Serving as a liaison between the executive team and other internal or external stakeholders.
Own full lifecycle planning and execution of leadership off-sites, from venue sourcing and contract coordination through communications, onsite facilitation support, and post-event wrap-up.
Anticipating the needs of executives and addressing operational issues proactively.

Compensation:
Custom Ink is committed to pay transparency and providing fair, equitable compensation in line with market standards and role expectations.
For this salaried, exempt position, the pay range is $84,200-$102,000 plus a performance bonus targeted at 5% of base salary, tied to individual/company performance and continued retention. Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.
