We’re looking for someone who thrives without hand holding. Someone who’s built before. Someone who knows how to take something from zero to one and doesn’t need a playbook to do it. We work minimum 6 days a week and most of the time it is all 7 (if that is intimidating to you then this isn’t the role for you)
This role is based in London and centers around running and scaling a GTM operation. You’ll be learning directly from an experienced operator with deep industry knowledge.
You’ll be expected to own the operation. Build systems, lead people, and turn an existing framework into something scalable. AFTER YOU HAVE PROVEN YOURSELF.
We want a self-starter. Someone who’s obsessed with execution. Someone who’s committed to the mission and sees the long game.
