Key Responsibilities:

This role is structured as a hybrid operational–analytical position supporting VF’s global Factory Compliance program. Approximately half of the responsibilities focus on business process coordination, stakeholder support, and daily operational execution, complemented by analytical work that emphasizes practical, businessdriven insights rather than deep technical data specialization.

  • Partner cross‑functionally with Global Responsible Sourcing, Global Sourcing, Brands, and Brand Compliance (Licensee) teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day execution of VF’s Factory Compliance program, including vendor and factory data management, audit lifecycle management, Corrective Action Plan (CAP) tracking and oversight, audit data stewardship, and support for compliance platforms and tools.
  • Delivering enterprise‑ready data insights through dashboards and reports that highlight key trends, risks, and anomalies to drive informed strategic and operational decisions.
  • Strengthen audit and data governance frameworks by enhancing process consistency, data quality, system usability, and reporting accuracy - ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and external reporting requirements.
  • Support capability‑building across global teams through the delivery of Factory Compliance training and guidance on processes, tools, and data requirements.
  • Coordinate and continuously improve the quarterly audit confirmation process by collaborating with Global Sourcing, Brands, and Licensee teams to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and operational alignment.
  • Prepare for and support the upcoming third‑party external audit of VF’s compliance practices, targeted for completion by October 2026, ensuring readiness and cross‑functional coordination.
  • Contribute to the selection and implementation of the new Vendor and Audit Management platform, playing a key role in requirements gathering, testing, data cleansing and migration, and change management activities to ensure a smooth transition and future‑ready compliance operations.
  • Ad hoc reporting and data tasks as required.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational abilities with effective cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze audit data, identify trends, and develop clear, actionable reports and insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and database processes, including data entry, validation, and reporting.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills, with expertise in developing dashboards and visualizations.
  • Experience with audit governance, internal controls, or data quality frameworks is a plus.
  • Practical experience in systems implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and change management activities.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
