We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Invoicing Solutions team working on Joist. Joist helps small businesses create professional invoices and get paid faster. Our mobile-first SaaS platform has earned top ratings from hundreds of thousands of contractors, freelancers, and small business owners who rely on us every day. 
 
As a Senior PM, you will help shape Joist’s next-generation Agentic Field Service Management (FSM) experience. You will define and deliver AI-powered, model-assisted workflows that help contractors manage jobs, schedules, customers, and collect payments with less manual effort. You will also help integrate and cross-sell AI-powered voice products that exist within the EverCommerce portfolio. 
 
This role is not an AI research, ML platform, or data science position. Success requires deep intuition for contractor FSM workflows, Jobs-to-be-done, and end-to-end UX, combined with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, AI-native product paradigms. 
 
Responsibilities 
 

Product Leadership & Strategy 

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision for agent-assisted FSM workflows. aligned with company goals and contractor needs. 

  • Own the roadmap and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes. 

  • Prioritize work based on customer and business impact, not just feature output. 

  • Establish clear mechanisms for data-driven trade-offs and decision-making. 

  • Deep customer & market understanding. 

  • Become an expert on our users and market dynamics. 

  • Lead customer discovery, interviews, and usability testing. 
     

Product Development & Execution 

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle. 

  • Define and own agent-assisted workflows across Jobs, Scheduling, Customer. 

  • Communications, and Payments from discovery to launch and iteration. 

  • Design human-in-the-loop UX for AI-driven actions. 

  • Translate AI capabilities into trustworthy, contractor-grade experiences. 

  • Own failure modes, edge cases, and recovery paths in automated workflows. 

  • Partner with platform and AI teams through a product and UX lens. 

  • Own integrations and foundational capabilities that enable agentic FSM workflows. 

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver timely, high-quality releases. 

  • Run and ship experiments that test hypotheses, validate assumptions, and accelerate learning. 
     

What We’re Looking For 

  • 5+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS. 

  • Experience running and shipping experiments in live products. 

  • PLG experience is a plus. 

  • Understanding SMB workflows in trades, construction, or service industries is a plus. 

  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and product performance drivers. 

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (engineering, design, GTM, 

  • Leadership, other product teams) to deliver outcomes. 

  • Excellent communicator, able to engage both stakeholders and senior leadership. 

  • Proficiency with agile, product/PLG tools (Jira, ProductBoard, Optimizely, Amplitude, 

  • Looker, Heap, etc.). 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. 

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple initiatives. 
     

Where 

 

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in Canada - if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Ideally, the candidate is based in the Greater Toronto Area. Otherwise, occasional travel to our Toronto office—once per quarter—will be expected. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation 
 

The target base compensation for this position is $140,000 to $170,000 CAD per year in most locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
