Events Coordinator, Corporate Events

As an Events Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering SentinelOne’s global portfolio of high-impact events — spanning flagship proprietary programs (e.g., OneCon, PartnerOne Summits), Tier 1 industry events (e.g., RSA Conference, Black Hat), and executive engagement programs.

This role sits at the center of our event engine, supporting experiences that drive pipeline, accelerate customer and partner relationships, and elevate SentinelOne’s position as a leader in AI-powered cybersecurity. You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Partner teams to execute events with precision, consistency, and measurable business impact.

What Will You Do?

Event Execution & Program Support

Support end-to-end execution across a global portfolio of events, including flagship conferences, trade shows, executive programs, and partner activationsAssist in delivering high-visibility experiences at Tier 1 events such as RSA Conference and Black Hat, as well as SentinelOne-owned programs like OneCon and PartnerOneCoordinate logistics across multiple event formats including booths, meeting programs, offsites, and hosted experiences

Operations & Project Management

Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and workbacks to ensure cross-functional alignment and on-time deliveryCoordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, Comms) and external vendors to execute against defined goalsManage event documentation including run-of-shows, staffing plans, and onsite logistics

Data, Systems & Reporting

Support event registration and attendee management via platforms such as Cvent and SalesforceAssist in tracking key performance metrics including attendance, meetings, and engagementMaintain data hygiene across systems and contribute to post-event reporting and insights

Financial & Vendor Coordination

Track budgets, process POs, and support invoice reconciliation in partnership with procurement and finance teamsManage vendor communications, estimates, and deliverables to ensure quality and cost efficiency

Meetings & Sales Enablement Support

Support meeting programs and scheduling (e.g., executive briefings, onsite meetings) using tools like JifflenowHelp coordinate sales-facing logistics to maximize customer and prospect engagement onsite

What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supporting B2B events, including financial management, project management and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proven use of AI tools to increase speed, scale, and efficiency across event planning, operations, and attendee engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across a fast-paced, global event calendar

  • Proficiency in event management tools (e.g., JiffleNow, Cvent, Splash) and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo).
  • Creative thinker with a focus on delivering engaging and results-driven experiences.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholdersFinancial discipline with experience tracking budgets and managing invoices

  • Comfortable with travel for larger events (RSA, BlackHat, OneCon etc) 
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed around event schedules

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.

Base Salary Range
$72,000$90,000 USD
