The Air Dominance & Strike Division is one of Anduril's fastest growing, most technically complex divisions. We develop and build collaborative combat aircraft, missiles, and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. Our work operates at the cutting edge of defense technology, requiring seamless coordination between engineering teams, program leadership, and high-level stakeholders including government customers and industry partners.

About The Role

The Air Dominance & Strike Division is seeking a dedicated Events Coordinator to own and execute a diverse portfolio of internal events while supporting external engagements and VIP visits in this fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Given the technical complexity and strategic importance of our division's work, events serve as critical touchpoints—whether building team cohesion among our rapidly growing workforce, facilitating seamless VIP customer visits to showcase our autonomous systems capabilities, or coordinating high-level briefings with government stakeholders.

This role requires someone who can operate with precision in secure environments, manage complex logistics around sensitive programs, and create exceptional experiences that reflect the caliber of innovation happening within Air Dominance & Strike.

What You'll Do

Internal Events (Primary Focus)

  • Plan, execute, oversee, and facilitate all logistical aspects for division internal events, including team outings, holiday parties, office celebrations, and employee engagement activities
  • Own the end-to-end experience for division-specific events, fostering culture and connection across our rapidly growing technical teams
  • Support program milestone celebrations and team recognition events

External Events & VIP Visits (Supporting Focus)

  • Coordinate logistics for VIP customer visits, including facility tours, technical demonstrations, classified briefings, and hospitality
  • Support external-facing events such as government customer engagements, media visits, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Partner with Divison Operations, Executive Assistants, Program Directors, and leadership to ensure seamless experiences for high-profile guests
  • Manage logistics for secure environments and controlled-access demonstrations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with various departments (Kitchen Operations, Executive Assistants, Internal Operations, IT, Design, Communication, Physical Security) to ensure all events are well executed
  • Coordinate with Program Management and Engineering teams to understand technical constraints and requirements for customer-facing events
  • Serve as the primary events resource and point of contact for all Air Dominance & Strike Division employees
  • Partner with corporate Events team for enterprise-wide initiatives and best practices

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all vendor quotes are accurate and maintain detailed budgets for all events
  • Travel onsite as needed for load-in, day-of coordination, and load-out
  • Help create and improve streamlined event processes and procedures specific to division needs and security requirements
  • Build and maintain event resource sheets, including preferred vendors and venue contacts with appropriate clearances

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in event planning or other related fields
  • Strong project management skills and creative problem-solving orientation with the ability to execute in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Deadline and detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities—understanding that precision matters when coordinating events in secure facilities
  • Ability to work well in teams and autonomously, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion
  • Ability to visualize event space flow, guest experience, presenter experience, food presentation, appropriate sound levels, and overall atmosphere
  • Strong ability to shift priorities quickly when needed—adaptability is essential in supporting a rapidly growing division
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and communication platforms like Slack preferred
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating VIP visits and executive-level engagements, particularly with government customers
  • Background in defense, aerospace, or technology industries
  • Experience managing events in secure or controlled-access facilities
  • Familiarity with audio-visual setup and technical presentation requirements for demonstrations and briefings
  • Understanding of security protocols and handling of sensitive information
US Salary Range
$99,000$130,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
