As an Events and Engagements Coordinator, you’ll bring your analytical, strategic, and tactical expertise to work on projects for the Department of War. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes.
You’ll guide the work we do for the U.S. Navy and the solutions we deliver for national defense strategy.

You Have:
5+ years of experience managing, coordinating, or supporting events in a professional setting
Experience engaging with senior leadership or stakeholders such as general officers or executives
Experience organizing events, including logistics, scheduling, and resource management
Experience planning and executing events for large or specialized audiences
Experience developing documentation for stakeholder review, including event briefs, plans, and reports
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience managing high-profile events for government, military organizations, or corporate settings
Experience using software tools for event planning and coordination
Knowledge of protocols and organizational structures within DoD or federal environments
Ability to develop operational event timelines and deliverables for senior leadership
Possession of excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
Top Secret clearance
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
