Who we are.
At Spot AI, we’re building the future of intelligent operations, powered by the untapped potential of video. While we started with revolutionizing video surveillance, today we’re at the forefront of using cameras as sensors and AI Agents to automate human tasks across the physical world.
Our leading edge platform and award winning technology helps mid-market and enterprise businesses improve safety, security and operational efficiency by transforming video footage into actionable insights. From reducing downtime on manufacturing lines, to automating SOP checks at car washes, to scaling real-time monitoring across construction sites and mobile surveillance units, we give organizations a smarter way to run their operations and drive better business outcomes.
We are currently deployed across 10,000+ locations, serving some of the largest names in manufacturing, construction, logistics and retail. Whether through easy-to-build custom AI Agents that detect risks before they happen, or integrations with central monitoring centers to reduce false alarms, our vision is bold: to become the intelligence layer for every camera in the physical world.
Our exceptionally talented team has created a high growth trajectory that has attracted almost $100 million in investment from top venture firms, including Redpoint, Scale Venture Partners, Bessemer, StepStone and Qualcomm.

Who you are:
- An experienced Event Marketing Manager who knows how to independently run modern, high-impact B2B SaaS events end-to-end, from booth buildout to pipeline generation.
- You have hands-on experience managing event logistics, vendors, shipping, swag, booth design, and on-site execution, and you’re excited to bring fresh, differentiated ideas to every show.
- You move fast, stay organized under pressure, and thrive in environments where you can own outcomes, not just tasks.
- You’re a natural collaborator; you love pulling in Sales, PMM, Product, and Brand stakeholders to build moments that drive real business impact.
- You're based in or near the Bay Area (or able to pop into the office when needed) and enjoy being “on the ground” when shipping, staging, or prepping materials before major events.
- You’re low ego, high output; you communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, and bring a builder’s mentality to everything you touch.
What you’ll do:
- Plan, manage, and execute event-related deliverables for Spot AI’s portfolio of conferences, trade shows, and field events, delivering agreed-upon outcomes aligned to project objectives.
- Independently manage all event logistics, including booth coordination, vendor and contractor management, scheduling, shipping arrangements, material preparation, inventory oversight, and swag procurement, using your own methods and tools to complete the work.
- Develop event-related marketing deliverables—including pre-, during-, and post-event assets or workflows—based on Spot AI’s strategic goals and guidelines, while determining your own approach, tactics, and execution plan.
- Coordinate with Spot AI’s Sales contacts as needed to gather necessary inputs and provide event-related materials or recommendations; deliverables and processes are created and executed independently by the contractor.
- Create and refine demo flow materials or booth experience assets based on information provided by Spot AI’s Product and Product Marketing teams, while determining the contractor’s own execution process and work structure.
- Produce event storytelling, visual, or experiential components aligned with Spot AI’s brand guidance, using the contractor’s own creative processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Provide performance reporting and analysis for agreed-upon event deliverables, including ROI insights and recommendations for future improvements, using the contractor’s own analytical tools and frameworks.
What excites you:
- A place that gives you the room to learn from failure while driving excellence.
- A culture where hard work that drives great outcomes is expected, celebrated, and rewarded.
- A place where you can make industry-wide impact and contribute to one of the most exciting technologies of our time.
- The chance to transform in-person experiences to unforgettable brand moments — not just another vendor in an aisle or generic dinner.
- Working at the intersection of Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Product to create experiences that move the business forward in measurable ways.
- Having a key role in an events program during a pivotal, high-growth stage — where you can help shape the playbook, bring fresh ideas, and see your impact immediately.
- A role where speed matters, collaboration is real, and you have room to iterate, experiment, and build something legendary.
Compensation and Benefits.
