You will make an impact by:
Assist the EEMEA LT with the coordination and execution of regional projects and initiatives
Independently coordinating internal events in various locations across EEMEA.
Managing all event-related administration, including participant list management, hotel search and contracting, budgeting, order and payment processing, and CVENT, ECLM, and COUPA administration.
Developing and tracking LT project plans, monitoring milestones and deadlines.
Managing third-party providers and ensuring timely delivery of services.
Tracking and managing all project budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
Drafting and distributing internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, and event invitations.
Managing internal calendars for events and meetings, ensuring timely updates and reminders.
Assisting with All Employee meeting setups, including logistics and technical support for virtual platforms (Teams).
Supporting preparing presentations and visual assets for leadership team projects and internal events.
Coordinating employee engagement activities, such as recognition programs or informal networking sessions.
Maintaining a knowledge repository of templates, processes, and best practices for events and communications.
Other event-related duties as assigned by the manager.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4–6 years of related experience (event management).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must; additional languages are an advantage.
Passion for event organization, with a strong willingness to learn quickly and curiosity to explore and introduce innovations for events.
Friendly, open nature and a customer-oriented approach, with strong ability to work in a team.
Good problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical and investigative skills, with strict attention to detail.
Solid understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to event planning.
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and build stable working relationships internally.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Willingness and ability to travel as required for events and projects
