ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a talented individual to help deliver on our university recruitment program in the AMER region. The role will heavily focus on planning & execution of effective university recruiting solutions that meet our business goals, and intern & new grad engagement. In addition, assist with the logistics and planning of our campus recruiting strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and support a calendar of strategic events, including our intern program, graduate events, campus and regional events
Work closely with Futureforce recruitment team to ensure useful tracking and metrics are in place to drive performance and illustrate the value and ROI of various recruiting efforts
Develop tracking systems, metrics, and reports to determine the effectiveness of ongoing projects and initiatives and communicate the results to key stakeholder
Assist with campus strategy program, including design, attraction, and recruitment for university students from targeted schools
Plan and support social and networking events and facilitate relationships with external vendors
Additional projects and tasks as our work evolves
Requirements :
Graduating from an undergraduate program with a focus on business, human resources, events, or a related field
Experience developing, maintaining and executing key campus engagement and branding programs
Strong project management skills are required including project planning, resourcing, monitoring and reporting
Strong understanding of reporting, applicant tracking systems, related software applications (Microsoft and Google spreadsheets) and ability to navigate effectively through the Internet
Expert task management, resource management and interpersonal skills.
Works with a high sense of urgency, ability to remain flexible within a highly dynamic changing environment and still deliver on deadlines. Works well with ambiguity
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-directed and a quick learner
