The EUC Engineer role is dynamic, focusing heavily on enhancing the end-user experience through modern technology and efficient processes. Proactivity and positive attitude toward collaboration and teamwork are essential requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Endpoint Management: Managing the lifecycle of corporate devices including PCs, Macs, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices (iOS/Android) using unified endpoint management (UEM) tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Jamf Pro and Tanium.
• User Support: Providing advanced technical support (Tier 3) for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, often as an escalation point from the service Desk Team.
• Deployment and Provisioning: Implementing and managing operating system deployment and application packaging/delivery.
• Automation & Scripting: Utilizing scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, vb script) to automate routine tasks and improve process efficiency.
• Security & Compliance: Implementing security measures, managing patching and updates, enforcing access controls, and ensuring defined compliancy standards
• Collaboration & Infrastructure: Working with other IT teams (Infrastructure, Security, Applications and Operations) on projects and urgent fixes, and supporting technologies like Microsoft 365, Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
• Documentation & Training: Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides, as well as providing technical guidance and training to support staff.
• Asset Management: Assisting with the procurement, inventory, and secure disposal of IT assets.
• Vendor Management: Liaising with external vendors and suppliers to manage equipment and support contracts. 

What We’re Looking For

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and enterprise management tools.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences and senior stakeholders.
• Certifications: 

• ITIL Foundation certification and relevant Microsoft certifications (Md 102)
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related computer field.
• strongly preferred – (10+ years of relevant experience considered instead of a degree)
• Minimum of 8 years of Endpoint Configuration Management experience and large-scale global implementations (Design, Implement, Upgrade, Support, and Maintain)
• Jamf 300 or relevant experience ( +5 years)
