Zenoti is hiring a bilingual French–English professional with a background in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or enterprise implementation to support our growth across European markets.
This role sits within Implementation but plays a critical part in helping customers confidently buy and adopt Zenoti. You will combine delivery ownership with structured pre-sales solution validation, supporting deals of all sizes — from mid-market to enterprise.
You will guide customers from late-stage deal discussions through onboarding, go-live, and handover to support, ensuring both commercial confidence and operational success.
Lead onboarding for French-speaking customers across Europe.
Translate customer workflows into scalable Zenoti configurations.
Deliver product training, configuration reviews, and go-live readiness sessions.
Ensure customers reach operational readiness before handover.
Partner with Project Managers and Product Specialists to keep projects on track.
Identify risks early and drive resolution before they impact timelines.
Maintain strong project hygiene and documentation.
Support sales teams during late-stage deals by validating workflows, integrations, and technical feasibility.
Join customer calls and demos where native-language or solution expertise is required.
Help scope realistic implementations and identify risks before contracts are signed.
Ensure alignment between what is sold and what is delivered.
Contribute to solution positioning across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise deals.
This role is well suited to candidates who have previously worked as:
Sales Engineer
Solutions Consultant
Implementation Consultant with pre-sales exposure
Fluent French and English.
Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Implementation Specialist in SaaS.
4–8 years in customer-facing software roles.
Comfortable supporting pre-sales conversations and validating technical fit.
Experience working across different deal sizes (SMB to enterprise).
Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and data migration.
Confident running demos, workshops, and training sessions.
Able to balance commercial awareness with delivery accountability.
Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Product, and Services.
Nice to have
Experience in wellness, fitness, retail, or multi-location businesses.
Familiarity with JIRA, APIs, or implementation tooling.
Blend implementation ownership with meaningful pre-sales involvement.
Work across a wide range of deals and European markets.
