ETIC, Low code / Power Platform Developer - Senior Associate

3 - 6 Years Solid experience in building and maintaining reliable and scalable services/platforms. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain complex solutions using: 

• Microsoft Power Apps (mainly Canvas-Driven Apps) 

• Microsoft Power Automate (process automation, system integration) 

• Microsoft Power BI (Power Query, DAX Formulas) 

• Build Power Platform solutions from scratch, based on functional specifications/design specifications. 

• Optimize existing Power Platform solutions, e.g., for performance. 

• Prepare solution documentation, user guidance, etc. 

Required Qualifications & Experience 

• Proven track record of implementing business solutions, with 2-4 years of project experience with developments in: 

• Microsoft Power Apps (mainly Canvas-Driven Apps) 

• Microsoft Power Automate (process automation, system integration) 

• Microsoft Power BI (Power Query, DAX Formulas) 

• Solid understanding of data modeling, relational data structures, and integration with external data sources (e.g., SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, APIs). 

• Experience with application lifecycle management, versioning, and deployment within the Power Platform. 

Skills & Competencies 

• Very good English language skills (spoken and written). 

• Familiarity with Azure services, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and/or basic scripting (e.g., PowerShell, DAX, Power Fx). 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured and detail-oriented working style. 

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an international inter-cultural team environment. 

• Good communication skills to effectively interact with business and technical stakeholders. 

Education 

• University Degree 

• Software Engineering Diploma or Masters is a plus
