About the team

Zillow Group is revolutionizing the way people unlock life's next chapter! We're on a mission to help high-intent movers find and win their home through digital solutions, first class partners, and easier buying, selling, financing, and renting experiences; and we're at the forefront of industry-leading innovation.

The Traffic team owns Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) across Zillow Group and its subsidiaries. Our mission is to protect, defend, and grow Organic Visits by diversifying our content coverage and using rapid experimentation to discover levers that improve visibility and traffic/brand presence in both traditional search engines and AI-powered search ecosystems.

About the role

As a manager of the Traffic Growth team, you will lead a team of product managers responsible for the Technical, Content, and Localization work that powers Zillow’s organic growth in both traditional search and AI search ecosystems. You will also establish a strong experimentation cadence for the portfolio by partnering with Traffic Engineering and the team’s experimentation platform to test, learn, and roll out what works.

You Will Get To:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers working across, technical, content, localization, and distribution-related workstreams for SEO and GEO.

  • Set direction for your team’s roadmap and commitments to deliver on Traffic Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for Organic Visits and AI Search visibility.

  • Drive the strategy for content integrations that improve helpfulness for buyers, sellers, and renters and increase discoverability in both SEO and AI surfaces.

  • Partner with Traffic Engineering and cross-functional teams across Zillow to ship changes to templates, rendering patterns, structured data, internal linking, and content pipelines.

  • Define clear success metrics for a strong experimentation cadence and turn learnings into repeatable playbooks.

  • Collaborate with cross-company partners to improve AI visibility and increase Zillow’s presence where AI models learn.

  • Continuously identify gaps and opportunities in the portfolio and make the case for additional resourcing as the program expands.
