Compensation Range : $40.00 hourly average, paid bi-weekly ($15.00 Base + 25% Commission + Tips)

Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Perform customized skincare treatments that make guests say, “Wow, I needed that.”
• Follow top-tier safety and sanitation practices—because clean hands, happy clients.
• Recommend skincare products like a pro (yes, you will be everyone's new favorite product guru).
• Keep your treatment knowledge sharp and tailor services to each guest’s unique skin needs.
• Promote other spa services like a true team player—because good vibes are contagious.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1+ year of esthetician experience – Because we want you to feel confident behind the treatment table.
• State Esthetician License – No license, no spa magic (it’s the law!).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs – Those towels and trays don’t move themselves.
• Flexible availability – Mornings, evenings, weekends—we work when our guests relax.
