We are seeking a singular talent who combines technical rigor with human sensibility. Your mission will be to transform projects and spreadsheets into levers that elevate quality of life and shape the future of home healthcare in Brazil. This is not a "behind-the-scenes" position; it is a high-visibility role with direct influence. You will act as the interpreter of the C-Level vision, translating strategic guidelines into operational excellence.Core Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Management: Manage the complete lifecycle of each project (from planning to full execution), coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Execution Control: Monitor and guarantee the delivery of action plans, ensuring strict adherence to schedules and scope.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, establishing contingency plans to prevent deviations in direction, budget, or deadlines.
KPI Management: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each project, utilizing data to identify gaps and implement improvement plans.
Business Case Oversight: Manage the business case for each project, ensuring costs and resources remain aligned with initial planning.
Financial Feasibility: Perform economic feasibility analyses for new subsidy or investment initiatives, ensuring the financial sustainability of proposed solutions.
Stakeholder Articulation: Manage dialogue and negotiation with multidisciplinary stakeholders (clinical, logistics, commercial, and public sectors), ensuring alignment of expectations and supporting advocacy strategies.
Training & Development: Oversee education and training programs for teams and partners to ensure proper adoption of new project guidelines.
Statistical Analysis: Utilize statistical models to analyze data, identifying outliers and patterns to optimize resources.
Innovation & Technology: Validate and implement new technologies and offerings (e.g., new monitoring devices and platforms).

Requirements
Educational Background: A degree in Engineering (or similar fields) is desirable. We require structured logical reasoning, sharp analytical skills, and a scientific method applied to business.
Language: Fluent English is mandatory. You will be part of a world-leading French multinational; your voice must resonate without barriers.
Soft Skills: We seek interpersonal sophistication, an acute ability to read the room, and the maturity to navigate all levels of the company.
Experience: A solid and proven track record in Project Management is expected.
