ERP Technical Lead

Autostore is looking for an experiences SAP Technical Lead to run the end-to-end implementation and management of SAP.

This role is providing true ownership, clear accountabilities, empowerment and executive backing. It requires a proven leader who can operate as a hands-on program manager, solution orchestrator and trusted advisor – driving all facets of assessment, planning, execution, cutover and stabilization.

An ideal candidate has deep experience leading ERP transitioning projects preferable SAPs/4Hana (cloud)

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• End to end leadership of AutoStore’s ERP transformation program (SAP S/4Hana), from definition through implementation, go live and benefits realization
• Creating partnerships on all levels of the organization, working closely with executive management and sponsors, program board and delivery partners.
• Oversee functional, technical. Integration and data migration workstreams
• Drive business process transformation leveraging SAP S/4Hana capabilities
• Oversee delivery of SAP Hana technical solutions wing to wing
• Drive alignment across various teams and organizations.
• Facilitate communications and alignment between technical teams’ businesses, functions and senior leadership
• Ensure efficient change management, training and end user adaptation strategies

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Senior ERP delivery leadership experience (5+ years ) such as program manager / director
• Proven expertise in implementing and managing SAP solutions in an industrial environment
• Experience in collaboration with local business units, deep understanding of business processes, roadmap definitions, gap analysis and change management.
• Experiences about dependencies regarding ERP and needs of manufacturing
• Strong governance mindset, balanced with pragmatism and pace
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills  
• Strong IT PMO experience
• Experience in SAP ABAP / cloud
