About the job

You work at the intersection of sales and IT, collaborating closely with stakeholders to manage and improve the end‑to‑end sales process, from order to delivery. Acting as a key liaison for the M3 ERP system, you ensure processes are well supported, clearly documented, and continuously optimized. A strong focus is placed on continuous improvement, governance, and change management in a global context.

Job responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and quantify process optimization opportunities together with stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Implement process changes in close collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Create, maintain, and follow up on relevant process KPIs and reporting
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions related to M3 functionalities and updates
  • Communicate improvements and best practices across the sales organization
  • Develop audit measurements with internal control partners and publish relevant scorecards

Location and flexibility

This position is flexible globally with a partly remote setup. Some international travel is included.

Your profile

You bring several years of experience working with M3 ERP systems and related sales processes. With solid experience in process improvement and change implementation, you’re confident working cross‑functionally in a global environment. You combine strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable solutions. You’re fluent in English, verbally and in writing.

You’re structured, adaptable, and comfortable collaborating across cultures and time zones. As a natural relationship‑builder, you balance stakeholder expectations while keeping progress moving.
