The ARP (Airbus Resources Planning) Program is a key enabler of the Airbus industrial system. Our dynamic, international team integrates expertise and know-how across Hamburg and Toulouse, working in Multi-Functional Teams (MFT) following SAFe/Agile methodologies. Your tasks and responsibilities
Identify and analyze new logistic concepts to enable efficient implementation of technologies like SAP EWM, S4HANA, and TMS.
Capture complex business boundaries and operational needs through in-depth analysis and workshops.
Serve as a primary liaison between Product Management teams and customers to ensure the integrity of delivered processes.
Work proactively within Multi-Functional Teams (MFT) to align solutions with global strategy and operational constraints.
Prepare "Status Quo" vs. "To Be" documentation to communicate benefits to stakeholders and the Product team.
Monitor external business trends to support, challenge, and align business requirements.
Desired skills and qualifications
Master’s degree in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, or a similar field.
Extensive experience (5+ years) in complex SAP development and deployment (MM, SD, EWM, QM, S/4 Hana).
Certification in SAP EWM including SAP/4Hana.
Solid background (5+ years) in Aerospace or related complex industries (e.g., Automotive or Defense).
Ability to work effectively in a demanding, multi-functional, and multi-cultural environment, leveraging diverse perspectives to achieve team success.
Strong understanding of SAFe / Agile methodologies and project management.
Proven ability in Change Management with a customer-oriented and tenacious mindset.
Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to negotiate win-win solutions in multinational environments.
Advanced level of English is mandatory; proficiency in German or French is a significant plus.
