ERP Functional SME (Assessment & Advisory)

Job Summary

ERP Functional SME with strong assessment and advisory capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating current business processes, performing fit-gap analysis, and providing recommendations on ERP strategy.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Understand and document AS-IS business processes across Finance and Supply Chain
• Perform process mapping and detailed fit-gap analysis
• Benchmark current processes against industry best practices
• Support and validate ERP blueprinting activities
• Provide advisory recommendations on whether to enhance the current Oracle Fusion ERP or transition to a new ERP
• Support preparation of inputs for the upcoming RFP process
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional insights

 

Role-specific Requirements

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end ERP implementations (from blueprinting stage)
• Strong experience in fit-gap analysis and business process assessment
• Good understanding of Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C)
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and provide advisory recommendations
• Experience working in ERP transformation / assessment projects
