We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive associate to join our team as a Stock Borrow Loan Trade Support Specialist. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our securities lending desk, ensuring efficient processing, settlement, and reconciliation of stock borrow and loan transactions. You will bring a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide operational support for stock borrow and loan trades, including daily trade booking, confirmation, and settlement activities

  • Monitor and reconcile stock borrow/loan positions and cash flows to ensure accurate records across internal systems

  • Liaise with traders, counterparties, and custodians to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely settlement of transactions

  • Respond to inquiries on stock borrow and loan transactions, communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist with process improvements and automation initiatives to optimize trade support workflows

  • Prepare periodic management reports on trade activity, exposure, outstanding positions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Skills You’ll Need

  • Relevant experience in securities lending, trade support, or related financial operations

  • Familiarity with stock borrow/loan products, settlement procedures, and market practices

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment

  • Experience with trade capture platforms a plus

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $48,000 to $74,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
