We are looking for a dedicated Equipment Services Coordinator to support and coordinate our Field Service Engineer team responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of a broad range of laboratory equipment. Your Work Setup:

Hybrid – Enjoy flexibility with only  two office days per week

Monday to Friday – Regular business hours for a balanced work-life schedule.

Site location: The Avantor Business Centre in Timpuri Noi, Bucharest

Join Avantor’s Technical Support team with 18 amazing professionals dedicated to providing exceptional customer service across Europe.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in B2B business services – preferable in logistics or distribution
• Exceptional proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills for professional customer interaction
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (preferably SAP) & Microsoft Office
• A structured, detail-oriented approach with problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid setting

How you will thrive and create an impact

• Customer Focus: Take full ownership of both internal and external customer partnership and satisfaction. In & outbound calls with customer to manage service orders and to ensure complete and on time service delivery.
• Intervention Coordination & Timely Invoicing: You will coordinate with EU teams, customers, technicians, sales, and suppliers, and collaborate with European peers on intervention requests.
• Quotation & Contract Management: Manage requests from quotation to invoicing. Coordinate and oversee interventions with subcontractors.
