What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, excavators, or similar machinery.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
- Support production by moving materials efficiently and accurately.
- Follow site safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily operations.

- Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety practices.
- Capability to perform equipment inspections and identify potential issues.
- Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced industrial or outdoor environments.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
