What You’ll Be Doing

  • Safely operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, excavators, or similar machinery.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
  • Support production by moving materials efficiently and accurately.
  • Follow site safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily operations.

  • Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety practices.
  • Capability to perform equipment inspections and identify potential issues.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced industrial or outdoor environments.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
