Job Summary:
Acts as a broad subject matter expert for service line Epic functionality and integrated third-party applications. Identifies best practices for the business and works closely with stakeholders to define the technical systems and enhancements needed to deliver business results. Conducts research on possible solutions and makes recommendations based on findings. Develops detailed analysis for proposals that outline feasibility, scalability and costs.
