About the Role
Due to a recent internal promotion, Enware is seeking an experienced State Sales Manager to lead our NSW and ACT sales function and play a key role in driving national growth.

Reporting to the National Sales Director, you will be responsible for delivering revenue growth, margin performance, and market expansion across NSW and ACT. You’ll lead and develop a high-performing sales team, manage key strategic and national accounts, and translate business strategy into clear, actionable sales plans.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Define and execute a clear state-based sales strategy aligned to national objectives
  • Lead sales execution across the full customer lifecycle, from opportunity identification to contract conversion and retention
  • Analyse customer insights, market trends, and performance data to drive growth and continuous improvement
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions where required
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure aligned, effective delivery
