We are seeking an Enterprise Strategy & Analytics Senior Associate to join our Strategy & Analytics team. This role is available to candidates in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto.
This role is designed for a curious, data-obsessed professional who enjoys solving ambiguous challenges in a fast-paced environment with the ability to simplify and clearly communicate insights to stakeholders. You will be the primary engine driving data-driven decision-making for our Enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership, focusing on end-to-end revenue funnel insights for our largest and most complex customers. You are comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast.
The Strategy & Analytics Team sits at the center of our business within the Revenue team. In this role, you will be a pivotal partner to Enterprise leaders and apply deep expertise in enterprise data, sales strategy, and planning frameworks to connect Clio’s GTM strategy to a clear plan for revenue growth. As the subject matter expert Enterprise data, you will play a leading role in unpacking the data needs for this portion of the business as well as support our business review rituals to measure business performance, seize opportunities, and course correct as needed. You will bring an objective eye, outside thinking, and a holistic company perspective to the enterprise domain experts / leaders at Clio.
This role will work closely with Enterprise leaders to support GTM strategy, drive efficiency improvements, and deliver workflow and pipeline insights. You will own data visibility across the organization, enabling informed decision-making through clear communication, analysis, and actionable recommendations.
Through this work, you will serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders—providing the visibility and insights needed to support success in the Enterprise segment, including regular forecast and pipeline reviews.
Revenue Analytics: Deliver end-to-end revenue funnel analysis to identify opportunities for upsell and new business within the customer base. Support weekly and monthly Enterprise business reviews.
Strategic Partnership: Partner with Enterprise GTM leadership to diagnose process bottlenecks and embed analytics directly into the sales strategy.
Dashboarding & Reporting: Design, develop, and own executive-ready dashboards in Salesforce and CRMA to highlight pipeline health and leading indicators.
KPI Governance: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company growth goals.
Operational Optimization: Proactively detect performance anomalies and conduct ad-hoc analyses to support long-term planning.
Data Integrity: Partner with Data teams to build scalable data solutions and ensure a "source-of-truth" for all performance reporting.
Experience: 5+ years of experience using data to inform business decisions within an Enterprise SaaS environment, ideally in a high-growth setting, with experience partnering closely with sales leaders and their teams.
Analytical Rigour: Exceptional quantitative problem-solving skills and a strong foundation in statistics or financial modeling and has worked in environments where developing data may be necessary. You understand conversion rates, funnel dynamics, cohort analysis, and forecasting logic.
Enterprise Data Architecture: Familiarity with how an enterprise pipeline operates and experience in enterprise segmentation, territory planning, or comp design.
Communication: Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in "the messy middle" where technical depth meets business context, leaning towards fast iteration.
Experience building and maintaining executive level reporting and maintaining data models.
Familiarity with a Enterprise "revtech" stack like Salesforce, CRM Analytics, Looker, SalesLoft, Gong, etc.
MBA is a plus!

The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
