Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
Respond to RFIs and RFQs in collaboration with sales teams.
Work with Enterprise Software sales representatives on sales strategies, plans, and execution.
Present qualitative and quantitative value of proposed solutions to customers.
Create custom presentations and documents that clearly state customer business problems and MES solutions/benefits.
Provide guidance to customers and implementers on deployment strategies, alternatives, and cost-benefit analysis.
Collaborate with deployment teams (internal or partners) on deployment strategies and proposals.
Prepare technical materials, presentations, and tools to improve sales force effectiveness.
Evaluate products and provide feedback on features and performance.
Understand and challenge customer needs, analyze gaps, and propose solutions.
Prepare and execute demonstrations of MES systems tailored to customer requirements.
Communicate and sell the value of MES solutions focused on manufacturing supply chain.
Perform discovery tasks to understand prospects' business concerns.
Assist sales executives in relationship management, technical sales, and sales tool development.
Support the sales process and address objections efficiently.”
You will report to SENIOR MANAGER, ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE SOLUTION CONSULTANT- AP.
The Essentials – You Will Have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other Business/Technical field.
10+ years of experience in solution consulting/technical presales for manufacturing software.
Solid understanding of industry-specific applications, manufacturing principles, and their application.
Expertise in at least one of the following industries: Food & Beverages, CPG, Pharma.
Knowledge of manufacturing applications such as MES, MOM, ERP, QMS.
Knowledge of manufacturing operations tools: MRP, Production Scheduling, Quality Management Systems, Inventory Control, Industrial Automation.
5+ years' experience in manufacturing disciplines (Quality, Lean Principles, Production Scheduling, Inventory Control, Production Reporting).
5+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
ERP modules technical experience (advantageous).
Fluent in English with strong communication skills (oral and written).
Experience constructing/preparing presentations addressing manufacturing company business needs.
Experience with Enterprise SaaS applications (desired).
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
The Preferred – You Might Also Have:
Experience with ERP modules in technical presales.
Exposure to advanced manufacturing digital transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with global manufacturing compliance standards
