Enterprise Risk Management - Analyst

Brief Overview

Collaborates with underwriting, proposals, legal and our executive team to document pricing strategies and decisions. This team member will work to define a process to document executive decisions and create reports for our internal partners. This team member will have the opportunity to learn extensively about the inner workings of the pharmacy benefit management industry as we create new procedures to manage our risk.

A successful team member in this role:

  • Will create documentation and review proposals
  • Work with team members in our proposals and underwriting group to deliver
  • Establish and manage a risk assessment process that will apply across our book-of-business

For this role you will need the following Minimum Requirements

  • 0-2 years work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, economics or other analytical discipline
  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
  • Adept at business intelligence
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork 
  • Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
  • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
  • Demonstrated analytical or finance experience
  • Master’s degree in analytical field, MBA, paralegal, JD or equivalent
  • Prior knowledge of the healthcare, pharmaceutical delivery, pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $43,888.00 - $85,068.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
