Job Summary:
Acrisure is seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Enterprise Resilience Manager who will be responsible for building, enhancing, and sustaining the organization’s resilience program across Business Continuity (BC), Disaster Recovery (DR), and operational readiness. This role leads the full lifecycle—governance, BIA, continuity planning, DR integration, exercising, and reporting—to ensure the company can withstand and recover from disruptions impacting critical insurance and financial services operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Build, implement, and continuously mature a best-in-class enterprise-wide global resilience framework, including BC, DR, and readiness.
Develop a multi-year resilience roadmap aligned to business strategy, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite.
Lead enterprise-wide Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) for critical Assessment Units, including defining and validating RTOs, RPOs, MTDs, critical dependencies, and manual workarounds.
Conduct resilience risk assessments to evaluate critical process, technology, facility, and third-party vulnerabilities and translate findings into prioritized remediation and strategic investments.
Develop, maintain, and improve Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and operational playbooks.
Ensure continuity plans align with DR capabilities, cyber incident response, and crisis management processes.
Partner with Technology teams to ensure DR strategies—failover, replication, redundancy—meet business-defined RTO/RPO requirements.
Validate external vendor dependencies and ensure critical suppliers meet resilience expectations.
Develop and execute the annual resilience exercising plan, including BC tabletop exercises, DR validation tests, and integrated scenario simulations.
Develop and deliver training and awareness programs for business leaders and plan owners.
Present program status, risks, and maturity updates to senior leadership, governance committees, auditors, and regulators.
Requirements
Education:

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g. Risk Management, Business Administration)
Experience:
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in Business Continuity, Enterprise Resilience, Crisis Management, Operational Risk, and/or Disaster Recovery, including hands-on ownership of a BC program.
Demonstrated experience building, creating, and maintaining a BCM program (policy, BIA, plans, governance, testing, reporting).
Proven ability to facilitate BIAs and continuity planning workshops across diverse business functions.
Strong program management skills with the ability to drive execution across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
Experience developing and running exercises (tabletops, functional tests) and managing remediation action plans.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build dashboards, executive reports, and board-level summaries.
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of commercial insurance
Experience with Business Continuity platforms (i.e. Riskonnect, Archer)

Identify, assess, and prioritize operational risks affecting the organization and provide key operational risk insights
