What You'll be Doing:

The Team Lead assists in the oversight of a team of research professionals to fulfill all orders for our large-scale and complex business license research projects for our enterprise level clients, including Law Firm segment clients, along with the fulfillment of large-scale and complex research orders. Work before this team will consist of, but not be limited to, corporate transactional change events such as change of ownership, mergers & acquisitions, entity

conversions, name change, officer change, and re-domestication.

Key Tasks:   

  • Leads large-scale, complex research transactions for our enterprise level direct clients, Law Firm segment

    clients, and partnership accounts.

  • Establishes process maps for team products that facilitates quality controls, adherence to our client

    workflows, and yields reliable, consistent results for our clients

  • Assists the Sales Team with pricing and scoping Enterprise Research projects.

  • Provides vertical reporting to leadership regarding the status of team projects via project briefings as

    merited

  • Develops methodologies to increase efficiency, which is demonstrated by increases to order outputs

  • Assembles timelines for project escalations and serves as an escalation point of contact

  • Provides project completion and timeliness controls through metrics tracking to ensure projection

    milestone achievement

  • Partners with the Knowledge Specialist Team to centralize research stemming from teamwork product

  • Synergizes with other Business License teams when teamwork product will convert to other services

  • Provides substantive review of department work product for quality control

  • Seeks new ways to improve department deliverables, products, and workflows

    • Proposes and develops technology solutions to propel workflow efficiencies

  • Assists with the hiring, training and development of new and existing team members to ensure added

    growth and advancement within the team.

  • Assists with balancing workload and order volume across the team to ensure that all deadlines are met

You're a Great Fit if You Have:  

  • Serves as the primary fulfillment team member of Law Firm segment research and assessment

  • Delegates work appropriately to support volume increases within the Law Firm Segment

  • Assists with the creation of new workflows and SOPs for the fulfillment of research and assessment work for our Law Firm clients

  • Helps train a team of research professionals capable of supporting the Law Firm segment work

  • Reviews Law Firm Team work product to ensure conformance to established standards for accuracy and milestones achievement

  • Ensures protocols are established to ensure rapid response times (X hours) to all law firm client related inquiries

  • Helps to monitor Law Firm Team KPIs and outputs · Assist with quality control monitoring and solicitation and review of customer feedback

  • Supports the successful transition of research/assessment to the MAM team for our Law Firm clients and continues to stay engaged until the project completes, including but not limited to: Participation on client calls throughout the initial filing cycle, Continued engagement on all email correspondence/distros to assist as needed post research completion, Successful handoff of the project ensuring that all client data/fact patterns are shared with the Account Manager/Filers

Compensation:

$68,900.00 - $118,050.00 USD

 

This role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
