Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Partnerships Sales person to own and scale high-impact, revenue-generating partnerships with large consumer enterprises. This role is a quota-carrying sales position with commission and is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex enterprise partnerships that extend beyond traditional affiliate models.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience selling fintech, BaaS, or SaaS solutions into banks, fintechs, telecoms, and/or other large consumer-facing enterprises, along with a strong existing network and the executive presence required to close enterprise deals.
This role sits within the Partnerships function and plays a critical role in evolving the channel to support long-term company growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of enterprise partnerships, from sourcing through negotiation, close, implementation, and long-term revenue expansion
- Carry and exceed an individual enterprise revenue quota with full accountability for pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and closed revenue performance
- Independently source, develop, and close high-value enterprise partnership deals with large consumer enterprises
- Serve as the single-threaded owner for deals originated personally, as well as opportunities introduced by senior leadership
- Leverage and continuously expand a strong existing professional network to generate qualified, high-impact partnership opportunities
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and drive deals to close with minimal oversight
- Act as the primary executive-facing representative of the company, building trust and influence with senior partner stakeholders
- Own cross-functional alignment with Product, Legal, Engineering, and Operations to ensure successful implementation and long-term partner success
- Shape and execute the evolution of the partnerships channel from affiliate-driven revenue to strategic, enterprise partnerships
- Maintain pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and reporting against revenue targets
- Design and negotiate complex commercial structures, including multi-year agreements, API integrations, embedded finance partnerships, and co-branded programs
Develop innovative partnership models aligned to long-term company growth objectives
- Identify and prioritize enterprise verticals based on strategic fit and revenue potential
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development
- Proven experience selling fintech, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), or SaaS solutions
- Demonstrated success selling into one or more of the following:
- Banks or financial institutions
- Fintech companies
- Telecoms
- Large consumer-facing enterprises
- Strong track record of sourcing and closing complex enterprise deals
- Experience carrying a quota-based sales target with variable compensation
- Established professional network and strong outbound sourcing capability
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling enterprise sales or partnership motion
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience structuring non-standard deal models

- Experience navigating long sales cycles and complex commercial structures
- Background working with API-driven, platform, or infrastructure products
Compensation
- The position includes base salary plus commission and is aligned to a clearly defined sales quota
