Role Summary:
This role will be responsible for coordinating multiple program-level change efforts to bring about the intended results of transformational, people dependent change. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
Responsibilities:
Change Management
- Lead or manage the OCM activities on a high-complexity, transformational, or program-wide change.
- Operate in a highly matrixed organization and synthesize direction from multiple sources.
- Work directly with sponsors/business owners of the change; understand goals for the change and be able to translate them into impacts to the organization
- Act as a coach for business leaders in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor
- Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans, including, and not limited to communication, training, role mapping and assessments
- Identify resistance and/or performance gaps, and work to develop and implement responsive actions.
- Assess and manage risks.
- Develop and implement communications materials using a variety of tactics (presentations, responses to questions, key messages, leadership talking points and town halls)
- Oversee development of training materials or coordinate with training resources to help ensure users have the knowledge and ability necessary to successfully adopt the implemented changes.
- Gather and analyze data to help manage the change
Instructional Design & Learning Development
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and learning requirements across stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure training content accuracy and relevance.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and iterate on learning solutions based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Localize and adapt training content for diverse APAC markets, considering cultural and language requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience leading OCM
- 5+ years of Organizational Change Management Experience
- 2+ years in business process improvement or operational excellence.
- Formal training in an organizational change methodology (PROSCI certification is a plus)
- Experience working in cross-functional and complex teams.
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Problem solving and root-cause identification skills
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with leadership and staff at all levels
- Natural ability to think strategically while executing tactically and delivering measurable results.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple workstreams
- Certification or training in instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD) or adult learning principles.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences using various channels.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Demonstrated capability in driving transformation and continuous improvement.
- Experience working in supporting APAC regional operations
- Experience supporting digital transformation and enterprise technology implementations in a global environment.
