EMS is a centralized global organization that delivers best‑in‑class, compliant, and seamless execution of meetings and congresses across all business areas. The team provides end‑to‑end support covering strategic project management, consultancy, logistics, contracting, administrative and financial support, vendor management, on‑site execution, and transparency publication.
Enterprise Meetings Services focus on the delivery of meetings and events, providing consultancy and strategic project management throughout the implementation of meeting programs. Working closely with meeting planning companies, the team serves as a central point of customer service and coordination for internal and external stakeholders. All services are delivered end‑to‑end, ensuring local compliance and legal requirements are met while maintaining high standards of integrity, consistency, and customer experience.
