As an Enterprise Applications Engineer, you’ll be a key owner of our enterprise SaaS applications and corporate IT platforms in Hyderabad.

You will:

  • Administer and operate core SaaS and IT platforms used across LiveRamp.

  • Design and build automations that reduce manual work and improve reliability.

  • Lead medium‑scale initiatives end‑to‑end, from requirements to rollout.

  • Partner with HR, Finance, Security, Legal, and Engineering to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

  • Help ensure our environment is audit‑ready and resilient for growth.

You’ll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional day‑to‑day technology experience for all LiveRampers.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and evolve core SaaS applications (including Google Workspace, Slack, Freshservice, Confluence/Jira, Zoom, and related tools), including installation, configuration, lifecycle management, upgrades, and supporting the associated endpoint and IT platforms used across LiveRamp.

  • Own initiatives end to end, leading medium‑scale projects with minimal oversight—from clarifying requirements and planning work, to executing, tracking progress, and delivering high‑quality outcomes on time.

  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders in HR, Finance, Security, Legal, Engineering, and other teams to gather requirements, evaluate solution options, and design scalable, secure integrations and workflows that align with BT and Corporate IT standards.

  • Implement secure and compliant changes, executing SaaS configuration, integrations, and access controls in line with approved IT security policies, guidelines, and standards, and supporting audits, DR/SOX testing, and the safe use of sandbox/test environments.

  • Automate manual processes by developing and maintaining scripts, workflows, and automations that reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and are designed for scale, observability, and resilience across our application and endpoint stack.

  • Create and maintain standards and documentation, including procedures, runbooks, and technical documentation for the systems and services you own, while mentoring teammates and promoting effective collaboration within BT and with partner teams.

  • Continuously improve and optimize how enterprise applications are used, iterating on designs, gathering feedback, and contributing to planning and budgeting recommendations to ensure our tools, processes, and investments remain efficient and business‑aligned.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT (systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or IT operations), including 2+ years working with enterprise SaaS applications.

  • Hands‑on experience administering Mac and Windows environments and common endpoint/security tooling.

  • Experience implementing and operating SSO/SAML/IAM (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) and working with Active Directory and identity lifecycle concepts.

  • Proven experience building and maintaining API‑based integrations and automations (using Python, PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs, JSON, CLI tools, etc.).

  • Experience with at least one ITSM platform (ideally Freshservice or Jira Service Management) and with Google Workspace and/or Slack administration.

  • A working understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, routing, firewalls) to effectively collaborate with Network Engineering.

Bonus:

  • Experience with HRIS systems (ideally Workday).

  • Familiarity with Terraform or other infrastructure‑as‑code tools, and configuration‑as‑code practices.

  • Experience with Okta Workflows or similar low‑code automation platforms.

  • Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure in a corporate IT or services context.

  • Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, or global technology company and supporting new office build‑outs.

  • Experience with ITIL/ISO frameworks and/or related certifications.

  • Experience with AI tools and interest in applying them to IT operations.

You are:

  • Customer‑obsessed, empathetic, and able to translate complex technical topics into clear, business‑friendly language.

  • A strong communicator and collaborator who partners well across Engineering, Security, HR, Finance, and Legal.

  • A self‑starter who drives work forward with minimal supervision, prioritizing automation over manual effort.

  • Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities and iterating quickly based on feedback.

Benefits:

  • Flexible paid time off, paid holidays, options for working from home, and paid parental leave.
