Job Description:
· Act as the primary point of contact for all FM-related matters for the assigned portfolio.
· Oversee and manage all aspects of facilities management operations.
· Attend client meetings and provide updates on FM issues and performance.
· Ensure operational plans remain current, relevant, and on target.
· Ensure all contractual SLAs and KPIs are achieved or exceeded.
· Coordinate work assignments among technicians, vendors, and contractors. Review backlogged work orders to ensure timely completion.
· Manage vendor relationships, monitor service performance, and approve invoices for completed works.
Attend to service requests, fault reporting, feedback and enquiries.
Quality Assurance / Quality Check experience
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Facilities Management or its equivalent.
Minimum 5 years working experience in relevant field
· Quality Assurance / Quality Check experience will be an advantage.
