Role: ECG India Make in India Design Program lead
1. Lead the Program Execution Teams (PXTs) of ECG’s Make in India Design program to drive the proliferation of new ECGE designs working in close partnership with local ecosystem, OxMs, design houses across India.
2. Lead the programs with India design houses / OxMs who are part of the ECG India ecosystem including planning, execution, transition to production, production ramp, support of customer HW & board design development and launches, and providing post-launch/sustaining support.
3. Working with key stakeholders, determine and communicate clear program goals to the team with respect to features, performance, quality, security, schedule and cost. Build, monitor and maintain the linkage between these program execution goals and the program's business goals of volume, revenue, and profitability.
4. Track program progress against the goals, including managing program execution within the approved budget. Communicate with the contributing leaders and teams and assure their alignment.
5. Manage program scope and plan of record and be the gate keeper for any late changes through the Change Control Board (CCB) process.
6. Proactively identify program issues and risks. Lead the resolution of issues, pulling in experts and resources as needed. Make the decisions needed to keep the program on track. Proactively drive the mitigation of risks.
7. Communicate program progress and issues to senior management across multiple organizations. Communicate senior management guidance to the teams.
8. Build an inclusive environment within the program teams. Ensure that all individuals are respected, heard, and can contribute to their maximum potential. Proactively support the development of team members.

11. Experience in Edge & Embedded market segment including retail, industrial, security & Surveillance, Robotics & other adjacent Edge verticals.
Work Model for this Role
