As an Engineering Professional – Process Engineering, you will contribute to the design and development of thermal systems, power‑plant components, and process solutions. You will execute calculations, develop flow systems, create P&IDs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence and compliance with engineering standards.
As an Engineering Professional, you will be responsible for:
Thermal & Process Engineering
- Performing thermal layout and design activities for power plants, boilers and related systems.
- Executing thermodynamic and process calculations supporting system performance and reliability.
- Establishing flow diagrams, operational concepts (POCC), and water‑steam/operating cycles.
- Designing cooling water and/or cooling air systems.
- Developing heat balances, material balances, and equipment sizing for pumps, compressors, turbines and other key components.
Documentation & Technical Deliverables
- Producing and interpreting process documentation such as P&IDs, flow charts and system diagrams.
- Supporting the creation and review of technical documents to ensure compliance with engineering methods, standards and procedures.
Engineering Execution & Collaboration
- Performing routine and complex analyses using established tools, methods and technologies.
- Supporting technology improvements and contributing to development activities within supervised engineering teams.
- Collaborating with business unit personnel to exchange technical information and align on engineering requirements.
- Working within a team environment or under technical guidance to deliver high‑quality engineering outcomes.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have an Engineering Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have demonstrated experience with Process Engineering activities applied to subsea equipment or similar fields.
- Have the ability to read, understand and produce Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
