We are seeking an Engineering Product Experience Lead to help bring our new display products to life across complex, cross‑functional programs. This role combines strong technical judgment with end‑to‑end program ownership to drive focus, alignment, and execution across display products and development initiatives.

Partnering closely with engineering, product, and operations teams, you will support high‑visibility customer and executive efforts, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs. As a visible representative of the Displays team, you will help ensure our product experiences consistently reflect the quality and innovation behind the work.

**Role is required to be onsite at our Spring, TX office 4 days a week**

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the engineering execution of the customer and reviewer evaluation programs by coordinating unit readiness, validation testing, quality assurance, and issue mitigation
  • Own and drive the internal display product experience testing and platform enablement initiatives, ensuring experience validation and timely feedback
  • Serve as a key point of contact for high‑visibility issues, including executive escalations and priority investigations
  • Lead and support technical demos, large event preparation and setup, and external display engagements as required
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations leaders to manage cross‑team dependencies, risks, and execution plans
  • Provide executive support through regular status updates, briefing materials, and clear communication of risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations
  • Represent Displays in broader initiatives, ensuring product on product compatibility, validation coverage, and expected end-to-end experiences
  • Facilitate internal cross-functional education efforts, including skills training and organizational lunch and learn sessions

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience in engineering, systems, or technical program roles
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to influence and guide engineering teams
  • Demonstrated experience driving cross‑functional process within high‑impact programs
  • Solid project management skills with experience in planning schedules, tracking execution, and delivering clear status reporting to stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IT hardware, display systems, or platform‑level programs
  • Prior exposure to executive escalation management or leadership reviews
  • Experience supporting customer product experience initiatives or NPI‑adjacent planning

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
