Your Day to Day
As Engineering Manager, Web Ops you will:
Build out an internal engineering team focused on Web Operations for Sales and Marketing.
Deliver of high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions across business apps and platforms.
Improve process efficiency and reliability across technical deliveries.
Drive key deployment cycles and improve collaboration cadence.
Demonstrate impact in technical execution, process refinement, and team development.
Sustain high performance, lead further innovation, and mentor next generation talent globally.
What We’re Looking For
As an Engineering Manager, Web ops – your backround will look like:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
4 or more years of experience in technical roles that include leadership responsibilities.
Background in managing or collaborating with global teams.
Technical and architectural credentials/certifications with relevant technology stacks.
Experience working within various stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC); effective communicator in team settings.
Familiarity with automation, AI, or observability tools.
Experience with specialized platforms or domains (for example, Sitecore, generative AI platforms, or complex integrations).
Skills in system design, architecture, and integration; experience working with third-party and middleware APIs.
Understanding of agile practices, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
Knowledge of data security concepts and software delivery at scale.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish (B2+ level on both languages)
This is a hybrid role; the candidate must have the flexibility to work in the office as needed
