Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-time delivery of engineering packages and ensure adherence to project schedules.
  • Maintain high standards for the quality and accuracy of all engineering deliverables.
  • Govern engineering systems to ensure compliance with company processes, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Lead and manage culturally diverse and geographically distributed teams.
  • Provide supervision and leadership to engineers, designers, and drafters.
  • Set and uphold workplace safety standards, promoting a strong safety-first culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • You must have a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineer
  • At least 8–12 years of engineering management experience within mineral processing equipment and systems.
  • Have a demonstrated ability to manage engineering deliverables, documentation, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Strong familiarity with ERP systems and engineering governance frameworks for accurate data and workflow management.
  • Proven capability in developing and delivering engineering outputs, including technical specifications, test plans, RFQs, and technical reports.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor or equivalent 3D modelling software.
  • Experience leading and managing culturally diverse and geographically distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones.
