Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team of iOS, Android, and C#/.NET backend developers. This leader excels at understanding priorities, anticipating team needs, and ensuring strong alignment between engineering efforts and delivery expectations.
You will work closely with the Sprint Manager to support planning and ensure engineering teams stay on track for a consistent and predictable release cadence. Additionally, you will be responsible for engineering readiness, quality, and execution.
This role is ideal for someone who brings technical depth, strong leadership, and a solutions-oriented mindset that helps the team move forward with clarity and confidence.
