Who is your future team?
You will be responsible for a diverse team of engineers working to enable Axis and its partners to modularize and extend our in-device software, AXIS OS.
Your team’s mission is to make this offering the best and most competitive in the industry. It primarily centers around the Axis Camera Application Platform, an open platform for Axis cameras and devices used to run various workloads such as intelligent analytics applications (AI), video management, and IoT integrations directly on the camera. This platform is heavily used both internally and by our partners to modularize and extend our device software, AXIS OS.
You and your team will also work closely with internal Axis teams that want to modularize AXIS OS, as well as with our partners through the Axis Developer Community, which strives to help partners build solutions on top of our API-based products.
You will be part of a management team with an agile mindset and a strong understanding of DevOps and lean startup ways of working.
We have a constant drive to develop and create tomorrow’s solutions, and we aspire to do so in close dialogue with our customers.
What will you do and who are you?
You will lead a team who is responsible for a mature platform with many users, that is a critical part of AXIS software offer. You will be responsible for both continuous delivery of new platform functionality, and the long-term viability of the platform taking into account aspects such as Innovation Flexibility, Development Efficiency, Cybersecurity, and Quality Assurance.
