About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Engineering Manager for Data and Analytics within the Fraud and Claims Technology organization. This role leads a high performing team responsible for building, modernizing, and operating enterprise scale data and analytics platforms that support critical decisioning and insight generation across the bank.
You will guide a team of data analysts and engineers, drive delivery of complex data initiatives, and partner closely with senior architects and product leaders to align strategy and execution. As a frontline manager, you will shape team performance, strengthen engineering practices, and enable the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality data solutions. Experience with Graph Database Neo4j or similar
Strong technical background across: PySpark, Spark, Hadoop, Hive, ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Ansible etc.)
SQL & NoSQL databases (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $224,000.00Benefits
