Engineering Administrator Stagecoach East, Peterborough Depot (1 Year Fixed-Term Contract)

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a keen eye for detail? Stagecoach East's Peterborough depot is looking for a reliable Engineering Administrator to join our dynamic team on a 1 year fixed-term contract.

What we’re looking for...

We’re seeking someone dependable, with a strong background in administration preferably within an engineering environment. You should be confident in managing spreadsheets, reports, and trackers, and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. A team player who can communicate effectively across departments, while also being comfortable working independently, is essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and producing planned vehicle services, while maintaining historical maintenance records

• Preparing MOT and safety service job cards, defect reports, and updating records as needed

• Inputting data into our Engineering Management System (EAMS)

• Generating daily and weekly reports, coding and logging unplanned repairs, driver defects, breakdowns, and vehicle changeovers

• Recording engineering employee payroll data and tracking miscellaneous mileage and fuel usage

• Managing employee records, including holiday applications, accident reports, and PPE documentation, along with other ad-hoc administrative tasks
