What You Will Do:
Support Senior Project Managers in the planning and execution of large-diameter gas compressor and pipeline projects, with a strong focus on safety and regulatory/environmental compliance.
Provide technical engineering input within a specific discipline or across a broad range of engineering activities.
Manage assigned discipline-specific project scope, schedule, and costs.
Prepare bi-weekly project status reports for management and construction teams, highlighting safety, progress, changes, and site issues.
Coordinate and manage stakeholders throughout design, construction, commissioning, and project close-out to ensure timely issue resolution.
Support tendering, evaluation, and award of engineering and construction contracts, and provide field support during construction and commissioning activities.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
2 - 4 years of related experience in gas compressor station engineering, construction, or project management.
Aptitude and communications skills related to learning and developing in a variety of entry level assignments.
Demonstrates knowledge of industry-specific design and construction codes and standards.
Commitment to continuous technical learning and personal development.
Working Conditions:
Office environment based in Alberta during project planning and close out with occasional travel to field worksite locations, may require Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Field based in British Columbia during gas compressor station construction and commissioning. Travel to British Columbia during the summer of 2026 and throughout 2027 will be required. Schedule while in the field is 15 days on / 6 days off.
Short overnight business trips may be required as part of training.
