The Role
Entegris is currently seeking an Quality/Process Engineer to join our Manufacturing Quality Engineering team in Chemical Division.
This position will be based in our Site(Jangan) facility.
What You’ll Do
You will work as a technical process engineering Representatives in the manufacturing of semiconductor process chemicals :
Drive a “Safety first” culture by performing equipment, process, and behavioral audits and implementing solutions to risks.
Process Integration : Integration and optimization of chemical distillation/synthesis, and reaction process for High-Purity Chemicals.
Project Integration : Development and modification of process flow while ensuring quality/safety compliance.
Quality Engineering : Leads the proactive quality control using a management system (standardization, inspection deployment)
Execute MRB/DRB through Root-cause analysis, Trouble-shooting and Corrective/Preventive actions in collaboration with Operations, Analytical lab, Facilities, R&D, and Supplier’s teams.
SPC(statistical process control): Monitoring & Control the quality data for incoming raw materials, operational process, infrastructure and outgoing final products.
Continuous Improvement : Leads the effort and drives process enhancements to improve quality, cost and cycle times.
Handling customer’s tasks that enable prepare ISO based audit, claims and inquiries in collaboration with Customer Quality team.
Performs a communication role in the middle by collaborating with the plant-engineers/technicians and customer-facing team.
Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks to support overall manufacturing plant operations.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical engineering or Mechanical engineering.
Demonstrated experience(3+ years) of data based acquisition to analyze chemical manufacturing process and improve controls.
Strong knowledge of chemical manufacturing process and controls.
Prefer experience with Aspen/Auto CAD simulation tools for PFDs, P&IDs, and Control logic diagrams.
Prefer experience with SAP/ORACLE or associated MES, ERP, MRP enterprise systems.
Prefer experience with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
Prefer experience with SPC(Statistical Process Control)/LIMS(Laboratory Information Management System)
Prefer written and reading skills in English.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail.
