Applying industrial engineering concepts to model the capacity thresholds to support existing and future technologies. Managing IE capacity modeling projects across several different departments or different sites. Coordinating efforts of the site industrial engineering teams to continuously improve production metrics and optimize capacity. Interfacing with ATE and Satellite-Team to plan capacity requirements of future products to quantify the impact on existing and future capital. Work closely with ME, PEE and HVM-Planning to feedback "Plan-To-Performance gap" (P2P gap) and create the the mitigation plan to close the gap. Scenario Management : to have capacity analysis and capital optimization for scenario build-up plan. Capacity Modeling :  Develop models for fab output capability to meet the Fab output requirements,  Understanding and developing the conversion for future technology node transition from existing node. To judge the capital demand and call-out fractional impact during study. Check capacity modeling accuracy and make sure no surprise after IE bottom-up estimation.
