End to End Associate Solutions Architect

As part of this, end to end solutions architect roles to enable different commercial services to be onboarded through both digital channels as well as through our enterprise Platforms are critical to our success.

About the Role
In this opportunity as an nd to End Associate Solution Architect you will:
Be a Technical Leader: Research and recommend technical standards and best practices. Work with technology teams and beyond to realise their implementation
Be an efficient Stakeholder Manager: collaborate and engage with external and internal stakeholders such as business teams, product owners, project management in defining roadmap for products and processes. Act as point of contact in resolving stakeholder issues
Be a Decision Maker: make quick and effective date driven decisions, with good problem solving and analytical skills to infer qualitative and quantitative data, and roll out strategy that aligns with company goals
Be a Team Player – ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment, share information, value diverse ideas, partner with cross functional and remote teams
Be Curious & Innovative – continuously update yourself with next generation technology, development tools, and contribute to process development practices
Be an Agile Person – with strong sense of urgency and a desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver solutions against strict timelines.
Be an Effective Communicator – ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues, and share ideas, participate in peer-reviews, and exhibit strong listening skills. Work with the business owners to translate requirements into actionable architectures
Be Responsible for:
Architecture Strategy & Roadmap - define and update solution roadmaps for the architectures in which you are involved
Architectural design for future and existing enterprise transformation programmes, ensuring that technology components used fit with the overall technology strategy. Ensure also that the architecture is communicated, understood and adhered to.
Architecture Governance – work as part of the Design Authority structure, work with vendor partners, and participate in the Solution Review board to ensure that solutions are governed appropriately.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of End to End Associate Solution Architect if you:
Have a wide variety of Solutions Architecture experience – across multiple business contexts
Have consulting experience with a strong track record at a leading IT consultancy or large corporate
Have experience working with agile teams and methodologies and globally distributed teams.
Have Solid experience the following areas: key features and capabilities provided by the market-leading CRM and Self Service platforms, integration of CRM to Self Service platforms, integration of CRM to ERP, Middleware and Web Content Management Systems, and application security best practices.
Have a solid track record of experience within Blue Chip clients
Ideally, have a Development/Systems background with experience across the full project lifecycle
Have experience in developing solution architectures, preparing and maintaining Business process, Data Model, system, sequence and process flow diagrams
Have experience in working with diverse teams, including multi country and company teams
Have experience managing or directing work of others to contribute to a shared goal
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Have a self-motivated, proactive mindset
Have an organized and methodical approach
Experience in defining target architecture designs and roadmaps
Experience in data migration between systems and be able to analyze and support in addressing the application performance issues
Good understanding of AWS cloud services mainly AWS Lambda, API gateway, RDS PostgrSQL and S3
Required degree level (BA/BSc/MSc/BEng/MEng) in a Technical/Business discipline
Preferred – certification in TOGAF or other architecture framework
Preferred – certification in AWS or other Cloud vendors

The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $118,400 USD - $219,800 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
